RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns are not offered on purchases of original artwork, limited edition prints, or other merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly to explain your concern. We will find a solution to correct the issue.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless Oriana is traveling, in which case you’ll receive an email notification informing you in regards to the delay. In the event of damage during transit, please contact us directly to explain your concern. All packages over $100 in value are shipped with insurance coverage included in the cost of shipping.

PICKUP / DELIVERY

Local pickup or delivery is available for customers living in San Diego County or Orange County, California. This is arranged on an individual basis depending on our schedule and the location of the customer.

LICENSING

Oriana’s work has been licensed by clients for a range of uses. Please contact us directly with questions about licensing.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Workshop registration is non-refundable.

With 7+ days notice, please contact us for the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop date. With less than 7 days notice, we cannot offer refunds or date transfers. In the event the workshop is cancelled by the instructor due to an emergency, all paid registrants will be offered the option of a refund or a transfer to a future workshop date.
